OECD – Survey – Analytical Paper Luxembourg, 7 th July Managing diversity - "Effectively responding to the HRM needs of a more diverse public administration"  The aim of this survey is to identify inspiring HRM strategies, practices and employment arrangements which address the needs, expectations and preferences of a more diverse workforce;  The survey will particularly focus on age and gender diversity;  The analytical will particularly analyse HRM practices in the fields of career management, competencies, competency development, working patterns and employment conditions which encourage an effective management of more diverse staff.

OECD Survey Luxembourg, 7 th July STRUCTURE OF THE QUESTIONNAIRE This questionnaire is structured as follows: Strategy Data Leadership Competency development Recruitment and Selection to respond to different needs HR working patterns and arrangements to respond to different needs Career management and competency development to respond to different needs New competencies in a more diverse context

OECD Survey Luxembourg, 7th July  Beginning of July (10 th July): Sending out a short questionnaire to the EU Member States and the European Commission;  Deadline for sending back the answers to the questionnaire: 20 th August;  HRMWG/IPSG Meeting, Luxembourg, 15 th -16 th October: Presentation of first results;  DG Meeting, Luxembourg, 03 rd -04 th December: Presentation of the results of the survey Better responding to the different HRM needs of a more diverse public administration
