What can we do to change this? Everyone has the right to feel safe Mae gan bawb yr hawl i deimlo’n ddiogel

What may be different for LGB&T people? It may be hard to identify, and victims may not want to speak up for fear of “outing”. It’s about someone else’s perception so victim may not be LGB&T, and may not want others to think they are. Everyone has the right to feel safe Mae gan bawb yr hawl i deimlo’n ddiogel
