Talent 21 Acid Rain Experiment Your Name: Aja Bing Group Members: Kylie, Kira, Aja Period: 7

Ask a Question  During this lab we partnered into threes me kylie and Kira and observed our plants as I grown over the week recording its data and watering it constantly.  What we wanted to find out is if our plants would grow large or small using experimental water or acid rain aka vinegar and water mixed.

Control vs. Variable State your hypothesis  in our project me, and my lab partners, were a control group or experimental.  My hypothesis was that our sun flower plat wouldn’t grow because it had acid rain instead of clean regular rain aka water. I predicted this because a plant usually grows better with the regular healthy requirements such as water and sunlight in this case a heat lamp.

Data

Data Interpretation  During our experiment we calculated the plant everyday besides the weekend and the seen if it grown by 2 weeks  From our data our group discovered that our plant didn’t grow because we watered it in acid rain.  According to the graph our plants weight grew very largely while watering it with acid rain day by day. Also we discovered that near the end of data “chain” the weight and others doubled near the end.

State your Conclusion  My hypothesis that was stated was that I thought my plant weren't going to grow because we used acid rain affecting the proper g growth and health that the plants need. Something I learned from this experiment was that a plant grows faster when its given the proper growth equipment. I would say this experiment is a good way to produce our plants and trees in a environment.
