Denmark’s Comenius Report: The meeting in Slovenia: March 2013

Monday Monday we took a plane from Copenhagen to Vienna, and after that we took another plane to Klagenfurt. When we arrived in Klagenfurt, one of the teachers from the school picked us up an drove us to the school, in Lippnica. At the school the Slovenian parents drove us to their homes.

Tuesday We met at the school at 8.20 AM. There was a rule that everybody had to wear slippers. We were led to a classroom, where the other students and teachers from the Comenius project were. We got about an hour to,where we could walk around the room, where we could get to know the other comenius teams,but the four of us hadn't seen each other since we arriveded from denmark, so we where sitting togther talking about or family's and there houses. after that we had to choose to lessons we had to take part in. there was a lot of possibilities, but we all choose art's and craft. In arts and craft lesson students were doing art printing, but since it was a job where you had to have more time to do it, we just looked. in the second lesson the girls choose music in the fourth great, they were reading notes. Albert and Valdemar choose a regular english lesson. after the lessons we had lunch. After lunch we had to go to Kropa, it tog about half an hour. We where split up in to two teams, the first team had to go to the iron museum there were diffrent items of iron on display. That the slovenian people had made a long time ago. Then we switched so that the other team went to the museum, and the first team went to an old forge, that used to be a workplace a long time ago. one person could make about 2000 nails a day. there was a man who demonstraded who to make nail. after that we went to the lokal shop in kropa, where our host family's pick us up.

Wednesday We meet at the School and then we had to prepare our presentation before we had to present it to the other comenius people. We were the first to perform so we were very shocked. When all countrys had performed we had lunch it was very Nice. After that we danced for 1 hour. After the dancing we went home.

Thursday We met at the school and took a bus to ljublijana slovenias capital City, We went to a museums first we went to a museum that had a Walk trough time exibit were we started with the early Stone age and ended with the late 50'. After that we Got a couple of hours to Walk around and shop. We ended the trip with driving back to the school and getting picked up there. By the slovenian parents

Friday It was time to go back to Denmark, so we met at School again, and one of the teachers drove us to the airport in Klagenfurt, were Albert bought 1 Kilo of Maltesers, and then we took a plane to Vienna. And then with a plane from Vienna to Copenhagen. When we arrived in Copenhagen, we tog a train to a little town called Nyborg. And then home.
