2 Purpose of TIP Assist entry-level teachers (ELTs) of high school agriculture become efficacious, effective, & successful!

3 Objectives of TIP  Facilitate monthly professional development  Address beginning teacher problems  Provide psychosocial support Acceptance, counsel, friendship, role model, social  Provide teaching & program mgt. resources  Provide opportunity to analyze & reflect upon teaching  Influence teacher efficacy  Improve job satisfaction & teacher retention
