HB 2301 – Virtual Charter Schools Reduces percentage of licensed virtual charter school teachers from 100 to HOUSE BILLS

HB 2314 – Social Worker Licensure Exempts School Social Workers (SSW) from licensure under the State Board of Social Workers 2009 Legislation would have required TSPC-licensed SSW to also be licensed by the State Board of Social Workers Introduced by Reps Komp and Greenlick HOUSE BILLS

HB 3474 – Rep. Komp’s Bill Creates Educator Preparation Improvement Fund Appropriates $100,000 for the fund Distributed by TSPC Encourages approved teacher preparation programs and school district partnerships HOUSE BILLS
