Curious George was born in It was the first in a series of books about a lovable little monkey named George. Margret and H.A. Rey collaborated on several more Curious George books. If youd like to learn more about the authors, go to:

is the action- filled story of a lovable little monkey whose curiosity gets the best of him.

While living in Africa, George is captured by a man in a yellow hat. Hes taken in a ship to a big city where its hard for him to stay out of trouble.

From problems with the fire department to a prison escape to a ride over the city, George always manages to make mischief.

Eventually George ends up living happily at the zoo.
