 How prevalent is the use of social networking compared to other forms of media?  Are social networks able to get college students informed about politics? Research Questions

 Survey created to gain information pertaining to politics and media use of college students.  800 Students at Loras College were randomly selected via registration database  296 responses to online survey were received Research Design

 3 Main Focus Topics  Political Traits  Use of media (Newspaper, radio, television, internet)  Interest in news or involvement in news Survey
