Worship Leader: We gather together in Jesus’ name All: Help us to explore, discover and learn together

Who are your friends in school? Do you know everyone in the school? Do you know everyone who lives around here?

In our school we like to invite people in and be good friends and neighbours. A school should be built on firm foundations– Jesus told a parable about two houses with this same message. Sometimes people do everything they can to keep people out….

This week’s Lent Challenge Bishop Stephen and Bishop David are challenging us to get to know each other better so that we can be good friends and neighbours.

God our Father, We thank you for our friends and our neighbours who help us and care for us. We pray for the neighbours that we do not know very well, that we may get to know them better. Help us to build our school community on love and faith in you. Amen

Worship Leader: Go in peace to discover God’s world and your place in it. All: We go in Jesus’ name
