Searching for Content  Advanced Search Keyword Grade Media Content – Video, Song Check “Include only Editable Titles” (for videos only)

Saving Content  Create iTouch folder in My Content  Add to My Content  Share content to district – must be approved

Downloading Content  Media Settings – My Preferences  Download video  Download song

Uploading to iTunes  Open iTunes  File > Add File to Library OR  Drag and drop files into Library

Converting Video  Must convert to MP4  In iTunes, simply right-click on video in the Library and select “Create iPod or iPhone version”

Manually Manage Content  Click the Summary tab and select “Manually manage music and videos”.  Click Apply.  Drag a song, video, podcast, or playlist in your iTunes library to iPod (in the sidebar). Shift-click or Ctrl-click to select multiple items to add at the same time.  iTunes syncs the content immediately. Note: If you deselect “Manually manage music and videos,” the content you added manually is removed from iPhone the next time iTunes syncs content.
