Report Card Working Group of the MA-HDC Report Card Production– Part II Supplementary Material  Phase I Two chapters currently have first drafts  Historical Overview of Disparities  Is it who you are, or where you seek care?

Report Card Working Group of the MA-HDC Other Developments of Note  Rep. Rushing Update The Disparities Report Card Team met with Rep. Rushing to provide an update in November  Staffing Joel Weissman will be ending his Leave of Absence from Harvard Medical School on March 1, Georgia Simpson May will assume on-going responsibility for the Report Card production.

Report Card Working Group of the MA-HDC Report Card Production– Resources and Timeline (from 10/2009 HDC Meeting)  Data Tables No additional funding is requested at this time. One or more interns from local colleges will be recruited The work will be co-managed by Dr. Weissman, Georgia Simpson May, and Kristin Golden, DPH Director of Policy & Planning, as project director. An additional person or persons from DPH with epidemiological skills will work with the production team on the technical aspects of indicator specification, generation, and reporting. The work will be “fit in” among other DPH priorities. The data should be available in final format by June Finishing the report sooner will require re-assessing current DPH priorities  Supplementary Material No additional funding is requested at this time. Dr. Weissman will take the lead on producing these chapters. One or more interns from local colleges will be recruited to help The chapters should be available in draft format by December 2009 and final format by March 2010
