Introduction “Friends of the Firm” are accounting & finance professionals, generally former clients or individuals introduced by an Amper employee, who are currently looking for a new position. During our normal business, we come across accounting and financial professionals at all levels who are looking for new opportunities. Additionally, we regularly receive calls and correspondence from companies, both clients and non-clients, looking to fill their job openings. We are in a unique position to introduce Friends of the Firm to companies that they may not otherwise meet. There is no charge for this referral service.

Benefits for Companies 3 We will provide you with high quality, personally recommended candidates that you may not otherwise meet. You will save on advertising and recruiting fees. We can offer advice on accounting department organization, interviewing, hiring, and other concerns that you may have. By participating in the Friends of the Firm program, you will be able to utilize certain training programs through our Client/Alumni/Friends of Firm network, including continuing professional education on the latest FASB pronouncements, tax issues, networking and other hot topics. You will build a relationship with one of the premier firms in the NYC- Philadelphia corridor. We hope that after you fill your position, you will feel more comfortable reaching out to Amper for support.
