UF Forensic Science & PharmChem Programs Forensic Science Program started in 2000 Largest Forensic Science MS Program in the world Students from 33 different countries taking UF courses Close cooperation with the University of Canberra and the University of Edinburgh Over 500 graduates Won ADEC award in 2006 Pharmaceutical Chemistry MS started in 2009 Very few other online Pharmaceutical Chemistry programs Enrollment of 50 students in the second semester First graduate completed this spring

Key Offerings from Apollidon Key elements of cooperation Market Research Develop new target groups to expand existing programs Identify new markets to offer the program Business Planning Use a business case model with financial projects to evaluate program expansion National Marketing Plan and implement an effective national marketing campaign This includes all the digital marketing and personal marketing required to build program loyalty International Marketing Identify opportunities to take a program international, accounting for cultural and educational differences Quality Assessment (ability to assist in other areas)

How this will work Memorandum of Understanding between ADEC and Apollidon ADEC is the broker, managing the collaboration process Individual Business Agreement with each participating member institution regarding each program Financial Arrangement: 60% of program revenues for the participating member institution and 40% for ADEC and Apollidon Team Identify programs that are scalable, can be profitable and may take advantage of multiple institution expertise and courses
