Completing Club Activity Section (or How to Make Your Job Easier & More Effective)

Completing Club Activity Status will be a rating: 0 - Inactive 1 - Does not meet standards 2 - Meets standards 3 - Exceeds standards

Completing Club Activity Club holds regular club and officer/board meetings Club pays dues on time and for at least 20 members Club is performing at least ten (10) service hours a month during the school year Club is performing at least two (2) meaningful and impactful service/fundraising projects each month during the school year Club members and officers participate in Divisional and District events General guidelines for a club meeting standards

Will then meet with officers and give ideas on how to make meetings more interesting. Faculty adviser has been non-responsive and blocks me from communicating with officers. Zone Administrator and Kiwanis Adviser are going to have a conference this month with the Principal of the school in order to facilitate communication. Putting it all together

Planning to attend a meeting and train officers in August. Fewer than 20 members last year, half have graduated, no officers. Meeting with remaining members this month to help them plan membership drive for August. Putting it all together

Projects uninteresting to members, need project ideas. Getting club president in touch with Service Chair to give project ideas. Will follow up with officers how to plan some of them they have chosen. Putting it all together

Will attend Kiwanis DCM to meet with sponsoring club to discuss what they can do financially to assist. Club is inactive. Will attend Kiwanis DCM and meet with sponsoring president and SLP (sponsored youth) chair to plan how to reactivate. Putting it all together
