RTMC and Related Projects  I-75 Collier & Lee Counties FMS and Regional Transportation Management Center (RTMC) DB FPN: , , Under Construction (NTP Jan. 2, 2006) FMS  79 CCTV cameras, 111 microwave detectors, 26 dynamic message signs and 2 roadway weather information system units  Safety barrier cable system ITS improvements  ~98 miles of fiber cable, Ethernet communications  Video wall and integration of all control center and field devices RTMC  Located in rest area off of I-75 and Daniels Parkway  Multiple agencies: FDOT FMS Operations, FDOT MCCO, FHP Dispatch and FHP District  Building construction is almost complete Completion of the Entire Project: Estimated end of this Summer

Future ITS Projects  Manatee County ATMS Design-Build Construction FPN: Letting Date: June 2008 Project Highlights  Finalize design based on Preliminary Plans Package  Construction of ATMS  Upgrade will include: New central hardware and software New controllers and cabinets at 143 signalized intersections 40 CCTV cameras  Existing communications upgraded to fiber with Ethernet communications  Integration at the TMC including video wall, consoles, work stations, and all other ITS equipment

Future ITS Projects  Sarasota County ATMS Construction FPN: & New Project – Transportation Regional Incentive Program (TRIP) Growth Management Funds Upgrade Existing Signal System to be Compatible with Manatee County ATMS Requirements Construction Letting to be Determined by Sarasota County County Hiring System Manager

Future ITS Projects  City of Winter Haven ATMS Design-Build Construction FPN: Letting Date: March 2009 Construction Funding: 2010/2011  City will advance funds to start construction in Fiscal Year 08/09 Project Highlights  Finalize design based on Preliminary Plans Package  Construction of ATMS  Upgrade will include: New central hardware and software New controllers and cabinets at 48 signalized intersections 15 CCTV cameras  Existing communications upgraded to fiber with Ethernet communications  Integration at the TMC including video wall, consoles, work stations, and all other ITS equipment
