What are we going to learn? We are learning how to select the correct answer for research questions on the TCAP test.

Why is this important to learn? Knowing how to answer questions correctly will help you to score advance/proficient on the TCAP. This will make you feel good about yourself.

Write it!!! A non-fiction book close to your subject will give you the most information.

A. To add more facts to his report To add more facts you would need to use an encyclopedia, non-fiction book or website.

B. To discover sea squirts on a map To find something on a map you would use an atlas.

C. To find words with similar meanings A thesaurus is a book of synonyms.

D. To look at pictures of sea squirts To see pictures of something you can look at pages in a book or on website.

G. An online dictionary An online dictionary will give you the definition of a word.

D. A website about plants in Australia A tree is a plant and a website about plants will have information about the trees that koalas live in and eat their leaves.
