CRPFA ERROR MESSAGES You can not run the CRPFA report until all grades are entered. If a student is missing one (1) grade, you could receive nine (9) error messages. ERROR FIX: Enter missing grades for student(s) through FGRN or FGID

CRPFA ERROR MESSAGES Courses that end after the submission date If you have a class that does not end until after the deadline for the submission of the CRPFA report each student in that class will generate at least 9 error messages . The workaround for this bug is to enter bogus grades for the students so you can run the report. Once the report is transmitted, delete the bogus grades using STAC and RGCS

Scenario 2 – Duplicate that has been locked down: Enter the bad SSN on the DADD screen under Alternate ID for the bad record. Scenario 3 – Student does not have a SSN: Assign a number to the student following the procedure used under the legacy system. Enter the SSN on NAE

The county codes in these two fields DO NOT have to be the same, but both fields must be populated.
