History In the past Slovak weren't rich so they cooked simple meals from product they had at home. Traditional Slovak meals were based on milk, flour, lentils, peas, beans, potatoes, cabbage... They used to eat meat only once a week or at Christmas, Easter....that's why we aren't cooking meals with meat for you.
