Refuel Your Body While exercising, your body loses energy, vitamins, minerals, protein, and much more! It is important to refuel your body by eating healthy snacks shortly after exercising!

2-4 Hours Before Exercise Sandwich with lean meat, piece of fruit. Pasta with tomato sauce. Cereal with milk. A bagel with peanut butter and honey, and a piece of fruit. English muffin with honey and low-fat yogurt. WATER!!!!!

30 Minutes Before Exercise Energy Bars Applesauce Pretzels Nuts WATER!!!
