Select the C.T.M. icon on the Desktop. 2. Right Click on the Crystal Touch Manager icon and choose properties. 3. The properties window appears. 4. Select the Compatibility tab. 5. Click the Change settings for all users tab. 6. The Change settings for all users opens. 7. Enable the Run this program as an Administrator in the Privilege Level. 8. Click on Apply. 9. Click on OK.
