PLANTING A GARDEN TANESHA SWINTON

PREPARING THE SOIL FOR PLANTING  First dig the soil over, and then put the pig, sheep and chicken manure and compost on the garden and mix it in.  Then we put blood and bone on and got the hoe to mix it in.

PLANTING VEGETABLES  When you plant your vegetables you must not plant them to close or your vegetables won’t have room to grow.  They need to be at least 20cms apart.

KEEPING PESTS OUT  If you don’t like snails and other pests in your garden you can put, egg shells, banana skins,slug pellets, or salt.

PLANT PROTECTION  If it’s winter and your plant’s get cold you can make a greenhouse for your plant’s.you can use juice bottles,coke bottles,or milk bottles.
