NCF portal (http://www.ncf.com.tw) was built in 2002. NCF is a professional ocean broker company; major in import, export, transit declaration services. There are 40 employees working for NCF. Two thirds of them are senior staff. Our department managers have more than 15-year experience.

NCF has the guarantee provided by harbor branch, Hwa Nan Bank, and we offer free of bank remittance service fee for the clients. EDI Duty Payment Service NCF uses EDI Duty Payment Service in compliance with ‘Post Release Duty Payment’, to enable financing benefits and speedy customs clearance. With the risk management, the amount of the surety bond can be decided by users to enable flexibility. Post Release Duty Payment System By providing a security for duty, importers can take delivery of their goods before paying duty. The importers can decide the amount of the surety bond by themselves. The security is used in a recyclable way and controlled by Customs’ computer verification system.
