Copyright 次世代 IC カードシステム研究会 C 14 Conclusion It is necessary to study, ASAP, introducing the e-P.O. box which has combination with new e-ID card. - All messages through this box are standardized, digitally signed and encrypted - Access to this box could be made by eID just like bank account - Life event such as employment, retirement, graduation, move, drives a navigation of administrative procedures -Other data such as EHR could be downloaded at the user’s choice It is recommended to have the resident registration card and social security card coexist and to support access to the e-P.O. box by those cards as new e-ID Card through the use of public personal authentication service. Such a system should be studied in which personal information, upon a request by that person in the standard description format, is provided to the e-P.O. box of that person, and the sender of the information bears the cost.
