OSU: Our Flagship Partner Jeff Nelson President 3/24/12

Flagship Partnership Our partnership started in 2004, since then we have been working together, through clinical research, to directly impact the wound care industry The Ohio State University has brought us to the forefront of clinical and multi-center trials to re-enforce our position as an evidence based company

Who we are With the recent merger of National Healing Corporation and Diversified Clinical Services, we are now the largest provider of managed wound care services in the world – Convergence allows us to reach more patients in an extremely underserved market – Ability to treat patients at over 500 centers nationwide – Creates the largest wound outcomes database

What this means Our partnership with OSU is now more meaningful than ever before; for us, for OSU and ultimately, for thousands of patients We look to OSU to help us advance the field of regenerative medicine, to translate healing from bench to bedside

Regenerative Medicine

We unite the brightest minds in wound care We focus on an industry that is underserved and undervalued We are passionate about the science of wound care and healing patients Together

Looking ahead It is time to come into the spotlight Our size and scale put us in a position to take the leadership role in the wound care industry and we embrace this role We will focus on proven clinical outcomes We will continue to strive to reach those patients who are not being treated today

Together, we have science on our side and with it, the power to heal
