Presentation transcript:

Renewable energy sources By Nicholas Attrill

Water Water contains energy the first kind of energy it has is kinetic energy which is created by the movement of the water and that makes power . potential energy these is the energy that is stored and not used these energy will then be moved to make kinetic energy which then causes movement .

Solar energy These is a solar power tower . Solar energy is a clean cheaper alternative to other energy sources you can get a rebate to help you buy solar panels it is a cheaper alternative in the long run you could save thousands of dollars a year there has been a huge dammed for solar panels in the last 5 years . Solar power cuts carbon admissions . You can also use sun for heating . The sun that the world needs is around a hundredth of a millionth of a per cent of energy from the sun is anofe powered the hole world the sun has very strong energy . These is a solar power tower .

Geothermal The centre of the earth is 6000 degrease Celsius . They have dry cleaning steam plants binary . Geothermal electricity is currently used in 24 country's around the world while geothermal heating is used in 70 country's . Geothermal power is concited as a sustainable power source because the heat we get out of the middle of the earth is only very small compared to the earths heat content .

Wave power Waves are caused by wind waves are a great source of power and energy . wave power stations in hear they create waves and it makes the water rise and full these means the air is pushed in and out of the holes at the top of the camber wave power is the beater option is wave power compared to geothermal energy .

Compare the pair . Geothermal Wave power Doesn't use much power compared to the power it has . safe Isn't as safe Cheaper thane other options Expensive .
