ICS API Management MuleSoft API Manager API Manager has been selected as the ICS wide service management tool that will provide:  Catalog – document and register services  Security – single mechanism to secure all web services across all of ICS  Access Request Workflow – workflow based request and approval process  Service Throttling – allows limits to be set by consuming application  Performance Monitoring and Analytics – service state, usage, performance, etc.

MS Dynamics CRM  Problem: Pathway assigns an employee to read s, copy content and create a case  Action: Dynamics team creates an routing (separating Students and Missionaries). This also automatically creates CRM cases  Result: Automatically created CRM cases are quickly assigned, with full action tracing from the inception of the case – this is saving 1 – 3 minutes per case
