Our Budget has been relatively stable … But serials inflation continues to rage … 2012/13 Serials Expenditures: $1,072,594 Increase at 6% Inflation:$ 64,356 Total needed in 2013/14 to maintain buying power$1,136,950

Effects … Under the old standard “just-in-case” collection development environment, devastating Under our new “on-demand” collection development environment, we are much better able to cope in the short to mid-term In the long term, however, damage will cascade throughout the collections
