INTRODUCTION / BACKGROUND BRAIN FLOWER is a unique organization which helps their participants to realize their mental potential, and to use their Mind Power to achieve higher level of performance in their tasks. It’s primary focus is on Mind Dynamics, Memory and Mind Power Development in such a way to enhance their memory capabilities of brain to store, retain and recall/retrieve appropriately whenever required to perform a particular task efficiently. BACKGROUND Mr. A. S. ARUN PRAKAASH Director Innovation, Brain Flower Education has profound a concept called Cubic Memory System (CMS) based on his many years of sustained research study, understanding of brain biology and statistical analysis which is instrumental for a revolutionary growth in individuals’ life. He had trained people at many academic institutions and corporate clients in India and abroad. CMS is the personified expression of the contemporary collective knowledge and understanding of modern society with reference to cognitive process. CMS had been enriched along with Mr. A. S. RAMAPARTHIBAN C E O, Brain Flower Education,well known visionary entrepreneur with extensive business experience and has passion in new education system, the mind dynamics centre which tunes the person who has got passion to learn simple techniques to perform greater things in their life. CMS found to be very effective in maneuvering the Mind Dynamics. Brain Flower is in the process of filing International patents to protect their Intellectual Property of CMS with the help of Dr. Saurabh Kwatra and Institute of Innovative Design. 3

METHODOLOGY By using unique concept of CMS with various levels of hourly brain compatible programs developed by Brain Flower Education,any participants can improvise their memory power and learn various tools & techniques of Brain Flower Education well enough to tap and utilize their brain power more productively. The methodology developed by Brain Flower Education helps the participants to enhance their life skills in general and brain power, memory capabilities & confidence level in particular. SCOPE OF WORK The scope of work for the CMS includes client training, tutor training, associate training, and future product development from the exciting range to extending level. Brain Flower Education would develop in global level and scaling up to international revenue generating programs for world wide partners. The scope of work involved in various level of planning, implementing and executing the target in a stipulated time to the selected task. 4

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE All work scheduled to complete on time. If any modification or extensions will be requested through Brain flower Education and Stake holders contracting officers for review and discussion. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE The selected channel partners for the project will perform majority of work at its own facility. The partner will be required to have a meeting with Brain flower Education once in month for monthly status meeting by video conference. Necessity training will be conducted to channel partners. 5

WORK REQUIREMENTS As part of the Educational Project the channel will be responsible for performing tasks throughout various stages of this project. The following is a list of these tasks which will result in the successful completion of this project: As part of the education project outsourced vendor and stake holder will be responsible for performing task throughout various stages of this project. KICK OFF :: Vendor will create and present detailed project plan including schedule, testing plan, implementation plan, training plan, and transition plan Vendor will present project plan to BRAIN FLOWER EDUCATION for review and approval DESIGN PHASE : Work with BRAINFLOWER Education gathers requirements and establish metrics Create site design based on collected requirements Develop project design proposal for company review and approval Present written status at weekly meeting 6

BUILD PHASE : Vendor will indentify centre and complete all documentation for approved module Vendor will provide company with a detailed business plan from franchise Vendor will include all content provided by company on redesigned module Vendor will conduct quality check in stipulated period on a monthly position. IMPLEMENTATION PHASE : Channel partner will implement the class session Vendor will begin providing 24x7 client support at this point forward until the end of the period of performance present written status at weekly meeting TRAINING PHASE : Vendor will provide training in accordance with approved training plan provided in the kickoff Present written status at weekly meeting 7

ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA This project acceptance of all deliverables will reside with company Marketing Head. The Head of Marketing will maintain a small team of three advisors in order to ensure the completeness of each stage of the project and that the scope of work has been met. Once a project phase is completed and the vendor provides their report/presentation for review and approval, the Head of Marketing will either sign off on the approval for the next phase to begin, or reply to the vendor, in writing, advising what tasks must still be accomplished. Once, all project tasks have been completed, the project will enter the handoff/closure stage. During this stage of the project, the vendor will provide their project closure report and project task checklist to company Head of Marketing. The acceptance of this documentation by company Head of Marketing will acknowledge acceptance of all project deliverables and that the vendor has met all assigned tasks. Any discrepancies involving completion of project tasks or disagreement between Company and the chosen vendor will be referred to both organizations’ contracting offices for review and discussion. 8
