Presentation of The job characteristics model prepared by Rajeev, Waqas, Netra, Karna Introduction Job characteristics model is prepared by J.Richard Hackman and Greg Oldham. In this they have described some few ways of doing the work in the company or in any task performing places. They have mentioned very much effective ways of making the work done. It describes how can the company get more productive workers and also their outputs. In short we can say that this models is very much essential in those places where the task are to be performed.

The ways of jcm that can be put into practice to make the job more motivating.  1) job rotation or cross- training all the people needs the new taste whether they are working or they are doing something else. If the company changes the places of the people work than they get more refresh and more motivating towards their work. Each and every individual gets more dull when they have to do the same thing again and again every day, in another hand their skills will get limited and at the time of the emergency the company might have to bear the great loss of lacking the skilled the manpower. To make the working environment more interesting and more effecting the company must try to fix the new places for its worker, the company must try to give them the new challanges in the work by providing them the new task and other different variety of work. all the people needs the new taste whether they are working or they are doing something else. 2 Job Enlargement: each and every individual wants to learn more and more in their life, they want to try the best and new taste of the life. The more the people are skilled in one thing they want to move towards another field. If the company slowly and slowly increases the working field than off course it becomes more productive for the company. If they do so they not only get their work done but also in another hand they will increase the confidence of the working in doing the new things and also their skills. each and every individual wants to learn more and more in their life, they want to try the best and new taste of the life.  Job enrichment: this means to increase the degree to which the worker controls the planing, executing and evaluating the work. If the company does provide this to their worker than they will get more right and effective result.the worker are themselves the biggest proof of the work that they have done. They can judge their own work than anybody else. They should get such environment where they can be able to control, execute and evaluate their work. If they can get such environment than there is no doubt that the work is done more but also with a good accuracy. this means to increase the degree to which the worker controls the planing, executing and evaluating the work. Conclusion. The JCM is comparatively more effective than any other. In our opinion we can say that it should be practrice in every companies or any working fields.
