Welcome to the Farm! There is work to be done! But first here are some questions you should keep in mind while you are reading or listening to the book, Click, Clack, Moo Cows That Type By: Doreen Cronin. When you first pick up a book, do you look at the cover to see what the book might be about? When you look at Click, Clack, Moo Cows That Type… Do you think that the cows will actually be typing?  Once you’ve f inished reading a book do you think back to see if your predictions were right? Keep your cards handy you will need them to complete Task 2. Using your prior knowledge about prediction and the cover of Click, Clack, Moo Cows That Type make a preview card. (the cards can be found next to your computer) On this card you and your partner both will draw what you predict will happen in the story on one side of your cards. On the back list three events you think will take place. Keep your cards handy you will need them to complete Task 2.

Task 2 To begin this task lay your card in front of you. You will be checking to see if your predictions were correct. If they are, place a check by them as you read the story.
