 To introduce and expand a completely new softball video game  The trend in the video game market is active games, digital distribution and downloadable content, games for social networks, mobile gaming and Iphone games, user generated content, free to play online games(massively multiplayer online), cloud computing service(streaming games to your pc),Indie games

 The concept of the game is to beat your division, then beat city, then beat city champs, then beat state champion, and eventually beat national champions and move to world champions.

 Demographics-all ages, women, any martial status, & any education level  Psychographics- Alpha-women attitude, physically active, competitive type  Geographic- worldwide  Behavioral-confident, ambitious, aggressive  There’s an increase in demand of sports video games, therefore the demand Lady League would increase especially because of the detail and graphics in one of the most hands on experiences in a softball game

 The storyline of the game begins when you pick your player, dress it up in apparel, pick your team and who you compete along with where you compete: You can pitch, bat, or catch  Players will include: Monica Abott, Chelsea Bramlette, Ashley Charters, Katelyn Cochran, Andrea Duran, Jenny Bench, Vicky Galindo, Alyssa Haber, Ashley Hansen, Lauren Lapin, Jessica Mendoza, Kat Austorman, Pammy Williams and other worldwide known softball players

 Division  City  City champions  State champions  Nationals  World  5 games in each level  This will appeal to our target market because as you advance each level increases in difficulty bringing your competitive side out

 This game is unique because you get to defeat challenging teams and practice you batting stance and time to improve your game stats and personal softball skills using the one of a kind Lady League bat  The bat will detect any motion as you strike the ball with Wii console

Bat separately sold run hit

 The game is categorized as a sport game  We chose this genre because 19.6% of video games are categorized as sports game and has been a successful genre being in most of the profits  Market research based on video game packet

 Static advertising- an example would be virtual billboards or in game product placement  Dynamic advertising- can be altered remotely by the advertising agency, the ads can be tailored to geographical location or time of day  Advergaming- a practice of using a video game to advertise a product applies to various online games commissioned to major companies

 Lady League will be using dynamic advertising cause we’ll be able to track and receive information from a players console about our advertisement  We are going to approach the NCAA because they are the biggest softball organization

 Since were using Wii console, PS3 and Xbox are competition. And video games such as MLB baseball, EA sports NVP baseball 2005, MLB 2008 The show, MVP 06’. NCAA baseball, Backyard baseball 09’  It will be the first softball video with graphics that give you a realistic experience  Out video game is specifically made for women rather than males

 Rated E for everyone  There's no profanity or violence  E is 49% of the video game maket and people are more likely to buy the game

 This game will be distributed world wide  Released Spring of 2011  Gameshop, Ebgames, Internet: Overstalk.com, Amazon.com  Its convenient for them to get the video game because it will be found in every major video game distributing company

 $49.99  This price appropriate because people are willing to pay more for a new game concept, and it’s the around the average price about any video sports game

 Spring of 2011  We will be launching our premier that includes sampling the game and with signing at Gameshop  Advertising will include radio, T.v commercial, Billboards, flyers, ect.  Sample: flyer & billboard  We chose these advertising techniques because it’s a quick and get to the point, giving information to millions of people at a time

 For every game that we sell we will give 10% of each purchase to the cancer organization  By helping this organization the Lady League will show that they care about the consumers that are fighting for their lives

 Coupons, samples, and premiums  We chose these because they will benefit our customer by helping them save money and experience our product

 The packaging will appeal to the target market because it will catch their eye among other games being solely because of the design and thought put into the packaging  (Packaging sample)

 They should launch this as a video game simply because it is a fresh new insight game on the market, that will not only give you a virtual experience but improve your general skills in reality.  It will fit in the brand because Wii & EA sports has a reputation for motivating physical fitness and well being  The target market will love our game because it challenges the potential of a player and tests your skill level
