Presentation transcript:

 Our idea is to sell peppermint creams,in different colours, to everyone. The profit we make will go to the project Solar Schools. Hopefully the children who we didn’t survey, will like the peppermint creams and only a handful of them are allergic to them.

The ingredients are : 1 egg white, 1 tsp of lemon juice, 400 – 420 icing sugar plus extra, few drops of peppermint flavouring and a few drops of pink and green food colouring. Altogether they will make a delicious peppermint creams which has been taste tested with AS (not the ones the people will be having).

 We looked up all around the internet to find the cheapest prices for the right ingredients. The eggs were £2.48 for 12, lemons £1 for a pack of 5, icing sugar £1 for 1kg x6, pepper mint flavouring 84p and 84p for the food colouring.  Total cost: £14.56 

 Strengths of peppermint creams  Most people like them, we can tell it from our survey  They are cheap to make so we should be able to make a reasonable amount of profit   Weaknesses of peppermint creams  Some people are allergic to them.  Some people might not like peppermint.

 Opportunity's  We can make a lot of money for Solar Schools.  Threats  Some other groups might be selling the same thing as us.

Chocolate Toothpicks went all round the school to find out who is allergic to peppermint cream ingredients. On the next three pages our are results.

 Don’t worry we will wash our hands before we make these products.  And we certainly will not pick our nose!  Hygiene rating: ***** 5 star
