What it does, it lets you build a lookup file for each customer based on their prior purchases. Best done by customer type or SIC code  Add option to add items in Customer Special Pricing  Add periodic automatic update  Use PDF Explode, or PDF Blaster to send these order sheets

The store could then pull them items and let them just pick up the items at checkout
