Summary of the book This book is about 2, kids Carter and Sadie whose father was captured by an evil Egyptian god. Later Carter and Sadie are possessed by Egyptian gods. They realize this when they enter the house of life. That is a place for magicians and people who are possessed by gods like Carter and Sadie.

Summary continued Carter and Sadie later on figure out that they can tap in to the gods power. They go on to defeat Set and they realize that Set’s master is even worse than then Set himself. Apophis(set’s master, a giant evil snake) is rising quicker than they thought. In the end Carter and Sadie stop Apophis for the time being.
