Work Life at UC Davis Integrating Self, Work, Life’s Important Others and Community

UC Davis Work Life A collaboration of programs, resources, policies and practices to support our diverse campus community. Work Life provides referrals, outreach, education and programming that enable employees to meet commitments and pursue interests both in and outside of the workplace.

Self… Studies show that people who feel good about themselves are confident and better able to take on life’s daily challenges. They are happier, healthier and more productive.
