OVERVIEW OF 2002 PROJECT

THE GOOD THINGS Mostly the direct interactions between professors and participants in real time lectures took place smoothly Technically no significant trouble during the lectures Technical workshops for university partners staff were conducted by SOI Project in order to enable maintenance and administration of the system

The proposed programs by Unibraw (E- Government Seminar, Mechanical Engineering Lectures) were conducted and succesful Expenditure for materials fotocopy was reimbursed by project

THE DIFFICULTIES Some lectures were not suitable with the participants basic science Just take short time for preparation since the lectures announced Several material deliveries were late

FUTURE PLAN

Join to Fishery Lectures on October Conduct join researches with SOI and AI3 partners Developing the cooperation in distance learning programs with Japanese universities to establish permanent lectures

Beside the previous lectures Unibraw wish lectures of Biology, Business Administration, Economics, etc. Probably we want to use the SOI Asia environment for teleconference international seminar in the 25 th Aniversary of Electrical Engineering Dept.

SOI SERVER INSTALLATION SOI server and Netmon installations are already finished and no problem SAKURAFUBUKI installation is successful, but the SOI Mirror Server hard disk was broken, so we received small archived contents only. ( I hope replacement of the hard disk will be finished in this week)
