Visit Texans at Additional Benefits Retirement Fund Everyone is eligible to Tax Deferred monies into the Retirement Fund. Before you are eligible you may begin making contributions to a Tax-Deferred Account or roll over money from other plans or IRAs. Requirements for eligibility: 2 year waiting period Work 1,000 hours each year At least 21 years of age Once you become eligible the YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas pays 12% of your salary into the retirement fund.
