To be a critical and reliable research institution, an international level center of excellence in providing information and knowledge in agro- socio- economics, and proactively offers alternative policy recommendations on agricultural development
To conduct analysis and assessment, in order to produce information and knowledge in agro-socio-economics, which is the primary product of ICASEPS To produce policy analysis, the activities to process information and science of the research results to be proposed and considered as agricultural development policies To advocate agricultural development policy to main stakeholders To develop ICASEPS' institutional capacity building so that ICASEPS is able to realize its vision and mission in a sustainable manner

Main Tasks The ICASEPS is responsible for conducting analysis and assessments of socio-economic and agricultural policy
formulate programs on economic and social analysis and agricultural policies, carry out economic analysis and social assessment and policies in agriculture, implement review programs and policies in agriculture, provide technical services in the field of socio-economic analysis and agricultural policy, implement collaboration and utilize the results of the analysis and assessment and carry out public consultation in the field of socio- economic and agricultural policies, evaluate and report the results of the analysis and assessment of socio- economic and agricultural policies, and manage the center's administrative affairs and internal affairs.
