Question 1 For the above circuit, define system state and write state-space equation for the evolution of the state. Write output equation. Assuming R = 3, L = 2 and C = 0.333, compute output voltage using Scilab through numerical simulation of the above state space equations for unit step input. Repeat question 1(c) for unit ramp input.

Question 2 a) Consider the first order system given by the following transfer function, Write system response to unit step input both in s-domain and t-domain. b) Plot the output of the system versus time using Scilab for unit step input. c) Plot the output of the system versus time for unit ramp input.

Question 3 Assume b = 2 Newton /meter/sec and m= 2 Kg. Find the first order transfer function for the above system. b) Find the velocity of the system for a unit ramp force input.
