A REVIEW OF THE FOLLOWING : Employer Registrations Compensated Registrations Activity Reports --Employer/Compensated Amending Registrations & Reports Report of Gift or Purchase Forms Any online filing questions/concerns. 2

You must use the “Continue/Back” button within the application. The Internet Explorer “Back” button will give you an error message. You must “select” one of the lobbyist in the list before you “continue” 3

Dashboard is where you locate all your filing options 4

If all the years were filed the box would be grey and you would be required to file an amended version of the registration. 5

The default on all registrations is the annual due date of November 1. If you were contracted to lobby beyond the November 1 due date you will need to change the answer to YES and enter the date. The date will be verified by the Commission. 6

501c3 and/or 501c4 information required for the reduced registration fee. You also must send the Not for Profit Status Determination Letter to the Commission. 8

Only a person named in Section C is eligible to sign the Memorandum of Understanding and/or registrations and reports. 9

NOTE: The name in this section must be a person listed in SECTION C as a person responsible for the employer lobbyist and MUST have an MOU on file with the Commission. 14

When filing on behalf of a lobbyist, you must have them approve the filing 15

Enter the address of the person responsible for the employer listed in SECTION A, BOX 1 of the registration. The default for the lobbyist is the address entered in Section A 16

When a person listed as responsible for the employer in Section C is preparing the filing, they will select “behalf of myself” and be taken to the review page 17

Appeal option will only be available if you are filing a late registration. 18

Filing “on your own behalf” will go to a preview” screen. You are able to view and edit any of the information here before ACCEPTING. 20

If the filing is late your appeal/late fee information will appear at the bottom before you submit the filing to the Commission 21
