Treasurer – Tonya Maurice Developed first draft of budget Created, published and monitoring online registration for Nov meeting Reconciled Sept bank statement. No financial activity since last meeting. Still have not received sponsorship check from Aerodyne Rocketdyne Submitted Quarterly Chapter Rebate Form to APMP $7.50 is for all members at the end of the reporting quarter. Next Steps :  Finish budget  Update online registration with December meeting details immediately following November meeting.

Webmaster – Jennifer Hamaker Websites Sponsors – Holding on adding Proposals To Go (Teresa indicates they are in the middle of a logo redo) and Aerojet Rocketdyne Website Statistics for Month of September: 65 Website Visits Over the Past Month - Down from 87 visits the previous month (to increase traffic we could add “Search Engine Optimization” for $2.99 or $5.99 per month – details in next slide) Of those visits, 27 were “unique” visitors (visitors that did not go back to the site later) Average visit duration: 8:04 minutes Information Needed – Please Send:  Past meeting minutes information to post  Pictures taken at last meeting  Continue to feed me additional information to post – I will try to work all requests within one week of receipt!
