Types of Budgets/Accounts Administrative or Dues Charitable, Service Special Events – could be either Administration or Charitable Cabinet, zone or convention, installation banquet – Administrative Fundraiser – typically Charitable Dispel the myth – no funds raised from the public can be directed to administration, EVEN IF you clearly state intent to use as administrative funds… DON’T DO IT.

Anytown Lions –2 Budget Focus Administration – Club Income Dues Fines/Split the Pot Member funds Expenses Dues to International, State MD2, District 2S4 Board Insurance Member Recognition Awards Fees, Registrations Postage and office supplies Charitable – Service Income Fundraisers Grants Donations Expenses Fundraising expenses Humanitarian Dues and Lions Charities Community Services and charitable activity
