Answer: When a group of solar cells, cells from the space and such, come together, they are used to make a thing called solar modules which is a solar panel, just a fancier word for it, which are used to capture the energy from the sun. when a lot of those solar modules are together, the resulting integrated group of modules are hypothetically caught and made into a form, such as a solar panel. The electrical energy generated from the solar modules, called solar power, is an example of solar energy. Cells are described as photovoltaic cells when the light source is not necessarily sunlight(lamplight, artificial light, etc.). How does solar energy work? By: Taya Bergman

Solar energy is a renewable energy source. Normal electricity is powered by fossil fuels, which is dead animals and plants from millions of years ago turned into fuels, but that fuel will run out oneday, and you never know, it could be next week! But the sun is going to take another billion years or so to stop so whilst we live, solar energy is renewable. Plus our world pollution is getting worse. Any effort that can reduce the pollution to the environment helps to save the earth. Solar panels are able to grab the energy from the sun and convert it to electricity. Therefore, the use of solar panels is environment friendly. How is solar energy good for the environment? By: Taya bergman * Answer:
