Available to different initiatives, plus training in its use This can be used to estimate the change in emissions from different sources, as well as develop scenarios Use of default emission factors or replacement by ones available to the users The tool is flexible and can be used to consider different outcomes Component 2: SNAP Toolkit development CCAC initiatives CCAC initiatives Important to transfer most up-to-date information on emissions, technology and measures etc

Component 3: Interactions between national SLCP planning and regional and global processes to scale-up the implementation of SLCP actions Engaging key stakeholders in each region Developing outreach materials Integration of SLCPs considerations and methodology harmonization with global initiatives e.g. LEDS, GMI, GACC etc CLRTAP round table on SLCP knowledge exchange SNAP will work with CCAC to progressively embed ownership of the SLCP issue across regions Promoting action on SLCPs in key regions/sub-regions
