Ten Revision Top Tips 1.Get organised! Draw up a revision timetable so that you start in plenty of time. Study in 30 – 40 minute sessions with short breaks in between. 2.Make sure that all your books and files are up to date and that nothing is missing. 3.Find a quiet place to work and turn off the social media/phones/TV… 4.Do plenty of past papers and use mark schemes to check your progress. 5.Make summary notes – use colour; make flash cards; use post its; make mind maps. Use revision sites.

Ten Revision Top Tips 6. Attend revision lessons. This will provide you with expert help and free support. 7. Ask for help – teachers, family, friends. Get your family and friends to test you. Explain your topics – it is the best way to learn! 8. Exercise, eat well and get enough sleep. This is essential as you cannot succeed if you are exhausted. 9. Reward yourself. Build treats into your revision timetable – it will really motivate you and rest your brain. 10. Be positive. Success comes in cans, not cannots.
