To activate a process to make a comparison with those representatives of the Automotive sector implied in management and HR development procedures, aiming to collect suggestions and comments on the Platform practicality. The validation process will also include the analysis of the Courseware catalogue (Modules and Tutorial unities) already existing on the Platform, in order to decide on re-using it or carrying out additional modifications. 14

METHODOLOGICAL FRAMEWORK The validation process will be made by a special Workshop organized during the First Partnership Meeting (to be held in Italy), and on that occasion the PEREQUAL Platform will be presented to all members; participants will then be asked to reply to a suitable questionnaire, contextually circulated (3 days in all). Each Partner will take care of organizing another meeting to confront one’s own industrial realities, at the presence of colleagues and experts; they will then send back copy of the questionnaire duly filled in, and possibly containing suggestions/proposals. The above written inputs will be collected by Anfia Service that will commit itself to transmit all feedbacks received, directly to TECTRA. WORK PACKAGE AIMS Monitoring of project and outcome/output assessment 53

DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVTIES This activity will be directly carried out for the whole duration of the project. It is finalized both to produce Interim and Final Reports (of which the contents are related to verify how regular they are executed, with a stimulating and supporting function to reach the results planned). It is necessary to take into consideration that the project is developed in a crisis context, never occurred before, and heavily hitting the whole sector. In this situation also coping needs can come out, to be compared to variables able to jeopardize what initially assumed (for example, on the type and nature of the training and information contents). Consequently, the fact of owning procedural considerations and information on the work in progress allows to face any possible occurrence of variables not previously considered and to bring the needed required modifications in progress. 54

DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVTIES With regard to the assessment, it will concern all quantity aspects connected to reach the objectives (number of companies, number of end-users of courses) as well as functionality, effectiveness and usefulness of contents transferred in comparison with requirements and market/sector demand. It is foreseen that three Monitoring Reports be compiled (8 th month: to be attached to the Interim Descriptive and Administrative Reports; 16 th ; 22 nd : to sustain the assessment report) as well as a Final Assessment Report, to be attached to the Final Descriptive Report and also to the Final Financing Report. 55

METHODOLOGICAL FRAMEWORK Suitable grids will be utilized to find and collect data for the Partners in comparison with the project work in progress, on the basis of an internal monitoring plan, that has to supply milestones, procedure and terms. 56

EXPECTED OUTCOMES/OUTPUTS Final Assessment Report, conceived to appreciate conformity and quality of outcomes/outputs compared with what initially planned. In this context it is necessary to consider the learning level reached as well as the quantity objectives attained in terms of transfer at the location of those companies using the E-LASTIC instrument. Three Interim Monitoring Reports. Monitoring plan + relating survey instruments 57

ROLES AND TASKS PER PARTNER P1 ANFIA Service 3 MONITORING REPORTS (8 th -16 th -22 nd ) P0 ANFIA ASSESSMENT REPORT ALL PARTNERS Transmission of data and information according to schedule and modalities indicated 58

WP 9SUSTAINABILITY LASTING5 MONTHS FROM01/06/2010 TO30/10/2010 PACKAGE LEADERTECTRA 59

WORK PACKAGE AIMS To create those conditions necessary to ensure sustainability of outcomes at closing the planned actions. 60

DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVTIES The sustain given by Leonardo da Vinci Programme is fundamental at this moment. Consequently, the contributions offered by the Community directory must be considered function of a process of integration of those opportunities of continual training and updating already existing, by creating methodological prerequisites with the adoption of innovative technological and user-friendly solutions within the frame of the sector. The E-LASTIC Platform conceptually belongs to a family of instruments for the management of information contents (CMS), of which the major peculiarity, to be enhanced, consists of easily incrementing the contents, customizing and rapidly updating them, just-in-time and at a low cost. All these operations must be directly managed also at single company level, apart from the fact that ANFIA and ANFIA Service will get on doing this activity in Italy also at the conclusion of the project. 61

METHODOLOGICAL FRAMEWORK In view of improving the sustainability of the results obtained, it is considered to realize, always within the framework of the Platform, a Courseware specifically conceived for the use of the Platform and transfer onto companies the necessary knowledge of autonomously manage the uploading stage for the information and training contents (particular and specific ones). This is done to the aim of “empowering” and creating capability, in order to activate contents improvement processes (similarly to those improvement processes typical of the software production, open-source or construction of information bases, such as – for example - WIKIPEDIA). T.EC.TRA. will therefore produce the training courseware for the CMS use, by utilizing the same schemes and communication supporting instruments adopted to transfer the sector contents. 62

EXPECTED OUTCOMES/OUTPUTS A Courseware addressed to the task of Responsible for HR Management (IT/EN) and Training finalized to acquire and develop knowledge on processing tutorial and information material, and autonomously producing and publishing courses onto the E-LASTIC Platform. The Courseware, structured in Modules and Units, will be included in the Platform training offer, with the same communication modalities of the specialized contents of the Automotive sector. 63

ROLES AND TASKS PER PARTNER P2 TECTRA To visualize and produce the Course for Training the CMS Use (IT) 64

WP 10DISSEMINATION AND ENHANCING LASTING24 MONTHS FROM01/10/2009 TO30/09/2011 PACKAGE LEADERANFIA 65

WORK PACKAGE AIMS To disseminate and enhance outcomes/inputs 66

DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVTIES To disseminate and increment the value of activities carried out and project outcomes represents something belonging to procedure, to be done – by definition – all along the project duration. It is therefore evident that channels and instruments used must be diversified and that an important contribution is expected from thoroughly using all potentialities offered by TIC. It is planned to organize three ad hoc events, scheduled next to Partnership Meetings and Workshops. The Seminars will be held in Italy, France and Germany (1 st, 12 th and 18 th months) and will last half day each. 67

DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVTIES Bilingual leaflet (IT-EN) presenting the project as first-information instrument. The Website (IT-EN) will be located inside the bilingual Public Area (IT/EN) and structured in sections: home, description of the partnership, Project synthesis, news, useful links, access area to the training Platform, reference area for products and documents produced in the frame of the initiative. The Newsletter (IT-EN) will be issued twice a year and every Partner will give contributions in terms of contents. The first number is expected to be published in 500 copies, whereas the remaining three editions will be uploaded on the website (EN/IT). A Final Conference will conclude the project (24 th months): to the event, principally, Industries and Universities will be invited, with the aim to enhance the use and sensitize to use the Platform. 68
