Plan of Action Facilitate and Promote more networking opportunities between members via Social gathering and hangouts Ensure the launching of a Welfare Benefit system Expand the Scope of the VAL Buddy system into an all year long ROYALE BUDDY SYSTEM Birthday / Anniversary celebration of members Upgrade of the members Database to adequately reflect birthdays and wedding anniversaries

Social Hangouts The Directorate organized social gatherings during the 1 st, 2 nd and 4 th quarter of the year and several other hangouts in between these periods Royale Movies Hangout, Karaoke Day, Pool Party, Royale Club Hangout are just a few of the Social gathering events during the course of the year. The Social gathering and Event recorded appreciable level of attendance

Royale Welfare Benefits The Directorate launched the Royale Welfare Benefit during the course of the year It’s a scheme designed to honor and appreciate Royales during their moments of celebration. At the moment the Scheme is limited to Marriage & Naming ceremonies, but will most likely be expanded to include other ceremonies in future. The first and only beneficiary of the Scheme so far is Mr Sanumi Dawodu, who got married during the course of the year.

Royale Buddy System The Directorate also launched the Royale Buddy System during the 2 nd Quarter of the year It’s a scheme designed to promote and build bonds between Royales in the spirit of “ being our brothers keeper ” The Scheme was fairly successful but more work needs to be done in making it a huge success The Scheme incorporated the Royale Gift Exchange and Valentine Buddy System into it.

Birthdays & Wedding Anniversaries Customized Birthday Cards duly autographed by Royales were given out during monthly meetings to celebrants in that month. Wedding Anniversaries of members were also celebrated via our Social media channels The database of members was adequately updated to reflect Birthdays and Wedding Anniversaries

Recommendation ROYALE SIGNATORY HANGOUT – We suggest the organization of a Signatory hangout, which is to be fully funded by the LO and made free for Full Financial members EXCLUSIVE A LIST PARTY – We also suggest that the LO looks into the organizing of an EXCLUSIVE A-LIST PARTY during the course of local conferences (Area A & Natcon) to promote networking and Social collaborations between ROYALES and DISTINGUISHED JCI members
