Using Microsoft Lync was not difficult. The Instruction was engaging and effective. The instructional materials were useful and appropriate for learning the content. The Trainer assessed my knowledge and/or skills either formally or informally. The overall course was excellent. 96% of the participants agreed that: The physical arrangements were adequate Most (~80%) participants responded that: They prefer to join a class via Lync over driving to a central location. It is not very important to ever meet other participants face-to-face. They have either never missed a session or viewed the session archive video.
