PURPOSE IT WAS BUILT BY LOCAL FARMERS DURING THE TIME WHEN THE NILE FLOODED EVERY YEAR IT WAS BUILT TO BE KING KHUFU’S BURIAL CHAMBER KING KHUFU, HIS TREASURES, AND HIS FAMILY WERE BURRIED THERE

UNIQUENESS THE PYRAMID WAS NEVER ROBBED SO MANY ARTIFACTS WERE PERFECTLY PERSERVED IT TOOK APPROXIMENTLY 20 YEARS TO BUILD IT WAS CONSTRUCTED USING 2.3 MILLION STONES (LIMESTONE) THE CELING OVER THE BURIAL CHAMBER WAS MADE OF GRANITE! IT WAS BUILT BY STACKING STONES
