3 NATURE OF DEPLOYMENT Deployment of Counting Supervisors, Counting Assistants and Additional Counting Staff will be randomized. Actual assignment of Assembly Constituency, Counting Hall and Counting Table will be disclosed at 6.00 am on Counting day. 5 DUTY OF COUNTING SUPERVISOR & COUNTING ASSISTANT After receiving EVM from Strong Room, check and ensure that you have received that particular EVM of Polling Station which is supposed to be counted at your table. You will also be handed over sealed Form-17C (the Ballot Paper Account) & Presiding Officer’s Diary You will be given one sheet before counting with following description.
